Welcome to RAIDERZ GLOBAL, a server inspired by RaiderZ. By accessing and using this server, you fully agree with the Terms of Use described below. We recommend that you carefully read all the provisions.

It is essential that you, as a user, understand your legal rights and obligations regarding RAIDERZ GLOBAL and the services offered. The term “user” refers to anyone who registers for an account with us or otherwise accesses or uses the services, individually or collectively.

1. Limited License and Virtual Property

1.1. Limited License

By accessing the RAIDERZ GLOBAL server, the user obtains and acknowledges that this is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and personal license to use the game content, such as skins, items, characters, maps, and other virtual assets (“Virtual Content”), exclusively for entertainment purposes and within the functionalities offered by the server, and owned entirely by RAIDERZ GLOBAL. Therefore, the user does not hold ownership or any rights over the unlocked Virtual Content, regardless of the acquisition method.

1.2. The Nature of Virtual Currency and Virtual Content

The Virtual Currency and Virtual Content have no monetary value and hold no value outside the Game Services. Under no circumstances can Virtual Content be transferred, traded, exchanged, or sold for any real monetary value, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to sell or transfer Virtual Content for real money or other consideration that leads to issues such as “scams” is not our responsibility. Thus, the Virtual Currency and Virtual Content must be used only in the specific game for which they were acquired, unless otherwise stated.

1.3. Internal and External Transactions

The prohibitions apply both to transactions carried out within the RaiderZ Global server platform and to those carried out in any external environment, including but not limited to social networks, forums, auction platforms, and community groups in messaging apps.

1.4. Termination of Licenses

We reserve the right to terminate any license granted in these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. The User may cancel the Services at any time. However, all prepayments and purchases of Virtual Currency, Virtual Content, or other services are strictly non-refundable.

2. Rules of Conduct and Anti-Cheat

2.1. In-Game Conduct

Users must maintain ethical and respectful conduct, following the rules established by RAIDERZ GLOBAL. We expect all players to treat each other with respect and consideration, regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, social class, or nationality. Abusive, threatening, offensive, harassing, or otherwise harmful behaviors to other players’ experiences are strictly prohibited.

2.2. Cheat Prohibition

The use of any third-party software, program, or script intended to gain illicit advantages on the server — such as bots, hacks, cheats, or unauthorized modifications to the game code — is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, gameplay automation, data manipulation, or exploits.

2.3. Consequences

Violation of the rules of conduct or the use of cheats will result in punitive measures at the discretion of the server administrators, which may include, without prior notice, temporary or permanent account suspension, removal of Virtual Content, and other applicable penalties, as provided in item 1.4.

3. Software Updates and Fixes

3.1. Game Updates

RAIDERZ GLOBAL reserves the right to provide updates, fixes, and other modifications to the services to ensure the proper functioning of the RaiderZ Global server. Installing these updates is essential for continued access and correct use of the game.

3.2. User Responsibility

The user must always use the most recent version of the software, including all updates provided by RAIDERZ GLOBAL. RAIDERZ GLOBAL is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of outdated versions of the software.

3.3. User Support

We may perform updates, fixes, or modifications to the software remotely, including accessing the software residing on your device.

5. RAIDERZ GLOBAL Community

5.1. Community

The RAIDERZ GLOBAL server provides user support via third-party platforms, such as Discord (“Community”). However, RAIDERZ GLOBAL assumes no obligation of continuous maintenance of these Communities.

5.2. Discord

The RAIDERZ GLOBAL server maintains a channel on Discord with specific rules that must be strictly followed so that users can continue accessing the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Server Ownership

All content available on the RAIDERZ GLOBAL server is the exclusive property of RAIDERZ GLOBAL or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2. Ideas Submitted by Users

Any suggestion, idea, or feedback submitted by users to the server or its administrators will be considered the exclusive property of RAIDERZ GLOBAL.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. General Limitation

RAIDERZ GLOBAL is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the RAIDERZ GLOBAL server, including the loss of Virtual Content or user data.

6.2. Force Majeure

RAIDERZ GLOBAL will not be held responsible for performance failures or server interruptions caused by force majeure events.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Changes to the Terms of Use

RAIDERZ GLOBAL reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.

7.2. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in the District of Curitiba/PR.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold RAIDERZ GLOBAL harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the server, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
