Important Notice: Item Deletion Recovery Process

Dear Players,

We have noticed that accidental item deletion has been happening more frequently on the server. Players often delete an item of little value quickly, only to mistakenly delete a valuable item right afterward. Currently, players have been reaching out to me via private messages for assistance, but this process is inefficient and prone to oversight.

To address this issue, we are implementing a new procedure. From now on, all players who experience accidental item deletion must open a ticket on the Discord channel, providing as many details as possible about the lost item. Please include information such as the item name as it appears at the crafting NPC, the date the item was deleted, and attach a screenshot if available.

Please note that an item will only be recovered if it is possible to verify the accidental deletion through server logs. This verification process can be slow, as I need to meticulously analyze the history of each item. The time required for item recovery may vary between 1 to 7 days, depending on my current workload.
